Modern Block is a free browser game provided as-is, for fun. Play fair, keep it legal, and remember there's a person behind every username.

One account per person (see the Dupe Policy). You're responsible for what happens on yours. We can suspend or remove accounts that break the Rules, and we may wipe inactive accounts after extended absence.

Everything in the game — cash, Diamonds, items, property — is virtual, worth nothing outside the game, and may be rebalanced, changed, or reset as the game evolves. Purchases of premium currency (when live) are final except where the law says otherwise.

Usernames, bios, chat messages, and profile pictures you post must follow the Rules. You keep ownership; you give us permission to display them in the game. We can remove any content.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-game. Playing after a change means you accept it.
