Each resident is allowed only one account. If you're caught running multiple accounts, you will be permanently banned.

We DO allow multiple different people to play from the same IP address or computer — but it must genuinely be different people. As a precaution, those accounts will be marked as dupes of one another. This means you will NOT be able to Attack, Raid, Mug, trade on the Trade Market with, or share a Crew with each other.

Do NOT ask us to lift dupe status. We have no way of confirming that accounts from the same location are actually different individuals, so instead of banning outright, we mark them as dupes. Again: NO. WE. WILL. NOT. REMOVE. DUPE. STATUS. — except in one specific case, described in our Dupe Policy.

The one exception: if your dupe status is based only on sharing an IP address (not the same device), and you stop logging in from that IP, the status will eventually clear on its own. If you've ever shared the exact same device with that account, it's permanent.

We will ban the IP addresses of anyone using proxies, VPNs, or similar services to evade a dupe mark or a ban. Using these — or any other method — to dodge detection is strictly forbidden.

Posting links to other games is prohibited. You're welcome to discuss other games, but don't randomly drop links to your own game, a friend's game, or a referral link. That's spam, and nobody signed up for that.

Found a bug or an exploit? Report it. You'll be rewarded, and you'll be in a far better spot than if you exploit it and get caught. If someone hands you cash or items they obtained by cheating and you don't report it — especially if you use it — you will be banned right alongside them. No questions asked. The same goes for knowingly harbouring a cheater, or a banned resident who's quietly come back, and not reporting it.

Usually not a bannable offense, but nobody likes a beggar. Don't message other residents demanding cash, items, or gear — it's annoying and a fast way onto someone's blacklist.

This also covers begging for a staff position. Don't message the admins asking how to become one.

In-game disputes happen — keep them civil. Do not post another player's real-world personal information (real name, address, phone number, etc.). We have zero interest in letting in-game beef spill into the real world, and posting someone's personal info can get you banned.

The same standard applies to profile pictures: no nudity, gore, hate symbols, or impersonating other residents or staff. Staff remove inappropriate pictures on sight, and repeat offenders get banned.

Respect the people running this game. Disrespecting staff is grounds for extended or permanent banning.

No auto-reloaders, no scripts, no bots — and no letting someone else log into your account and play it for you. Play the game the way it's meant to be played, and no other way.
